Golden Milk is our all-time favorite Black Seed Oil recipe here at Maju Superfoods. It’s a delicious, anti-inflammatory and immune system boosting concoction of goodness. On top of the Black Seed Oil, this recipe also calls for fresh Turmeric and Ginger root. You could substitute fresh for powder if needed, but we recommend mincing fresh root for the best flavor.

Maju’s Golden Milk RecipePrep: 5 mins
Cook: 5 mins
Total: 10 mins
Yield: 2 Cups
2 cups milk (almond, soy, or dairy)
1 Tbsp minced Turmeric Root
1 tsp minced Ginger Root
1 Tbsp Maju’s Black Seed Oil
1 pinch Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
Step 1: Bring milk to a low simmer.
Step 2: Add Turmeric, Ginger, and Black Seed Oil.
Step 3: Stir and let the mixture continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Pour Golden Milk into a mug through a strainer to filter out any chunks.
Step 5: Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 6: Enjoy!
