There are a variety of different ways to use the precious healing oil pressed from the seeds of the Nigella sativa plant. The two most common methods are ingesting by mouth and applying topically. Maju’s Black Seed Oil Dressing Recipe
Prep: 5 mins
Cook: 10 mins
Total: 15 mins
Yield: 2-4 servings
1 tsp Maju Black Seed Oil
¼ cup Manuka honey
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
½ lemon, juiced
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
¼ cup olive oil
4 Tbsp water
Step 1: Add all ingredients into a food processor or high-powered blender.
Step 2: Blend well until all ingredients are emulsified.
Step 3: Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Taste the oil and add more black seed oil if desired.

Step 5: Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
