About this product

Maju’s Black Seed Oil is grown and harvested from a reputable, family-owned farm in Turkey. This region is known for producing Black Seed Oil that is lighter in taste and color with an even higher concentration of the beneficial compounds such as healthy fats and Thymoquinone. The seeds are slowly cold-pressed, non-GMO, and are 100% pesticide or herbicide free. Stack Maju’s oil up against any USDA organic Black Seed Oil.

What is Black Seed Oil?

Black Seed Oil is a health supplement that has been gaining popularity and recognition for its wide range of potential therapeutic health benefits. Its oil is pressed from the seeds of Nigella sativa – an annually flowering shrub native to southwest Asia. You might also hear it referred to as Black Cumin Oil, Black Caraway Oil, Kalonji Oil, or Nigella sativa Oil.

Nigella sativa (aka Kalonji Oil) is packed with powerful nutrients that can help unleash a youthful appearance and vibrant energy. It contains a large dose of omegas, amino acids, and antioxidants. We consider it an extremely important source of fatty oils for everyday life.

Black Seed Oil is heart healthy and supports digestion. Maju's oil has a more powerful array of omega 3, 6, & 9. It helps support the body's cardiovascular health. It is also known to support regulation of metabolism and to soothe digestive processes.

Key Compounds:

Thymoquinone: This is one of the most important chemical compounds within Black Seed Oil. Studies have shown it has hepatoprotective & antioxidant effects (Mohammad Khader 2014). This may make the body stronger, and more resilient to everyday stress.*

We confirm the potency of our oil by using High Performance Liquid Chromatography to test each batch for the essential chemical compounds that make it so powerful.
Our oil contains 2%+ Thymoquinone, guaranteed.

A Short History:

Black Seed Oil has been used medicinally for thousands of years to treat various health conditions and to reap its health benefits. In fact, historians believe that even King Tut, Cleopatra, and Hippocrates used black seed all those many years ago. It’s also believed royal figures like Cleopatra and Neftali used the oil in their skincare routines, beautifying baths, and as medicinal applications.

Highly recommend!

I'm careful to not make any claims about products, but I want to share what this did for me personally. I take Maju black seed oil for the overall health benefits. Last year, after taking it 3 months (1 tsp per day) I got my regular thyroid check up. My TSH level actually went down, and my doctor was able to lower my rx dose. This is monumental. I have been on thyroid meds for 23 years. The only other time I was able to lower my dose was after a pregnancy induced spike (raised dose temporarily) which is not uncommon. During those first few months of taking it, I actually stuck with it because it significantly improved the quality of my sleep. Little did I know, it was also helping my thyroid.
