Our Favorite Black Seed Oil Recipe
Here's a delicious, anti-inflammatory & immune system boosting way to use our black seed oil!
- Bring two cups of almond/soy/or regular milk to a simmer
- Add 1 Tablespoon of Turmeric (minced)
- Add 1 Teaspoon of Ginger (minced)
- Add 1 Tablespoon of Maju's Black Seed Oil
- Add a pinch of ceylon cinnamon
- Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes
- Strain out the chunks, and enjoy the delicious golden milk!
